Nusuk Hajj Portal for Hajj 2025 not available yet.
NUSUK HAJJ PORTAL/WEBSITE IS THE ONLY OFFICIAL AND SAFE METHOD TO GO TO HAJJ FOR THOSE USING THEIR US PASSPORT
NUSUK App ≠ NUSUK Hajj Website: Important Notice: Please pay close attention: The Nusuk app for iPhone/Android, used for Umrah and Rawdah appointments, is not connected to the Hajj application process. The Hajj website is entirely separate and has no association with the app.
Currently, Hajj registration is not open, but we will share the official link once it goes live, as the website may change. Also signup for our newsletter to be notified when it goes live!
Hajj Application Process Timeline:
Registration opens (anticipated October/November 2024)
Verification of information (can take several months for it to even begin)
Transfer funds to Nusuk E-wallet
Hajj packages released
Select and pay for a package (limited availability)
Receive your Hajj visa
When registration opens, we will provide detailed resources and tutorials to help you successfully complete the application process.
Important Warning: Going through any unofficial route can jeopardize your Hajj and even your safety. Do not fall for scams—all payments must be made exclusively through the Nusuk portal.
For citizens of countries like Pakistan, the process may be more efficient by working with reputable travel agents who specialize in Hajj and Umrah for dual US-Pakistani citizens. Their expertise can significantly reduce the stress. We hope to also provide resources on this inshallah!
Background Information (DO NOT SKIP)
Pre-COVID (2019): Approximately 20,000 U.S. citizens completed Hajj through travel agencies such as Dar El Salaam, Adam Travel, and many others.
COVID Era (2020-2021): No U.S. citizens were able to perform Hajj during these years.
Post-COVID
2022: Motawif became the first Hajj portal for U.S. citizens. Approximately 3,500 U.S. citizens completed Hajj independently, without any organized companies to assist them on the ground.
2023: Nusuk 1.0 was introduced as the new Hajj portal, with Saudi-based companies responsible for the pilgrims’ logistics on the ground. About 4,000 U.S. citizens completed Hajj out of 40,000 applicants. During this year, payments were made at the time of package selection.
2024: Nusuk 2.0 introduced improvements to the process. Payment was made before package selection via an E-wallet system, reducing glitches which was supposed to simplifying the selection process-however significant glitches and difficulties remained for the most part. Between 6,000 to 8,000 U.S. citizens successfully completed Hajj.
Summary: Not everyone who applies for Hajj is granted the opportunity to go. Ultimately, Hajj is an invitation from Allah.
2025 and Beyond
The Nusuk Hajj Portal/Website will remain the only official platform for Hajj applications.
Important Warning: No travel agent can issue a Hajj visa. If anyone claims to offer a Hajj visa through a travel agency, they are scamming you.
Is there any role to travel agents?
While travel agents no longer handle payments or issue Hajj visas, some still play a supportive role in the Hajj process.
To remain involved, travel agents must now be affiliated with one of the officially listed Nusuk Hajj Companies (Operators). Essentially, they act as subcontractors to these Saudi-based operators, with some agents being more involved and influential than others.
How Travel Agents Can Help:
They can guide you through and explain the registration process. But they CANNOT register for you on the Nusuk Hajj Porta
They can explain the Hajj packages offered by their partnered Nusuk Hajj operators and help you understand your options.
Our Recommendation:
If you have a trusted travel agent, join their WhatsApp or Telegram group to stay informed about their role, available packages, and any updates.
If you're unsure which travel agent to go with, consider reaching out to about 5 agents recommended by your community or local masjid. Join their communication channels to compare offerings and see which one aligns best with your needs.
What can I do now until Nusuk registration opens
Make a sincere intention to complete this fard (obligation) and pray that Allah ﷻ invites you to His House.
Check your passport: Ensure it is valid and does not expire before February 2026. Your passport must be valid for at least 6 months after the start of Hajj. Don’t delay, as a valid passport is required to register for Hajj.
Reach out to trusted travel agents: See if they have any groups you can join to stay informed and up to date on the latest information.
Start saving Halal Income: The least expensive Hajj packages start around $11,000 USD, while the more expensive ones can go up to $21,000 USD.
Plan your finances: Consider gradually increasing your credit limit so you're prepared to make payments toward your Nusuk E-wallet when the time comes. Doing this early will reduce stress during the payment process.
Consult your doctor: Ensure your health is in good standing and ask for advice on how to prepare physically. Some days will require walking up to 10 miles.
Stay informed: Sign up for our email list to be notified when Hajj registration opens!
Plan ahead for time off: If possible, request time off from work as early as you can to ensure your availability for Hajj.
Hajj 2025 ESTIMATED* Dates
Arrive May 28-june 2(some less expensive packages can be much earliar)
Days of Manasik June 4-June 8
Depart no earlier than June 9
*Again these are estimated dates and actual packages can VARY widely
How much will hajj costs? Ranges typically are 11,000 USD-21,000 USD per person
I want to stay with my family or spouse of friend in the same hotel…What do I need to do? When the updated Nusuk hajj Portal goes live, whomever you want to stay with in the hotel room, same campsite(same tent if the same gender), then you all must be on the same Nusuk account. Each of you will have their own profile for verification, but all within the same account(so 1 login/password for the entire group/family/couple that want to remain together). Having a family member make their own account puts it at great risk of you being separated from them.
What Vaccines will be Required? Once the Saudia Arabia’s Ministy of Health(MoH) releases its updated requirements for Hajj 2025, we will share its link and information.
Which package should I choose? Here is a better question, WHAT are KEY aspects to consider when making a decision
Budget: Your budget would be will help narrow what type of package you will consider.
Keep in mind to budget to get to your gateway destination from your home town. For example, the package you chose ONLY departs from JFK or ORD…if you don’t live in those cities, you will need to book your own domestic flight there the night before departing for hajj incase of any delays.
Duration of Travel: Shortest packages is usually 10 days, however it is always the most expensive one as well. Longer packages can be 14-21 days and usually less expensive
Locations of Mina Tents
Camp A(Majar Al-Kabsh): This camp has the closest proximity to the Jamarat(300 meters), and transportation between the manasik sites(mina, arafah, muzdalifah) occurs via the manasik train. typically their are less people per tent in these camps(but not always). Overall, this camp site can fit ~5,000 hujja, however packages with these camp sites will be more expensive as .
Camp C(Mu’asim): These camps are farther in proximity to Jamarat(~1 hour/4 Kilometer walk each way), however generally closer to your aziziyah hotel. These tents generally house more people per tent thant Camp A, and overall Camp C houses 30,000 Hujjaj. Packages that include these tents are generally less expensive
Camp 38(Square): The newest Mina Camp Site that sits in between Camp A and C. Not much else is known besides this will be an apartment like complex housing Hujjaj. As soon as more details are release, we will share them.
Hotel Distance from the Haram: The farther your hotel is from the Haram, the less expensive the pacakge. Check our out Medina hotel map, and mecca hotel map for more details
Keep in mind that some of the least expensive packages will have your hotels located in Aziziyah, realistically it may be impossible to to visit the Haram on a daily basis due to the far distance, however this location could be very close to your Mina Camp location.
Even for the hotels very close to the Haram, there are Hotels on the tile floor that always give you access to seeing the ka’ba, these are typically the most expensive hotels.
Double, triple, or quad occupancy:
Double Occupancy: indicated 2 people per room in the hotel. this is ideal for a couple to remain together during while they are in their hotels. however it increased the cost significantly(by about 1,400 dollars) compared to the Triple occupancy. not all packages offer this option.
Triple Occupancy: indicates 3 people per room in the hotel. ideal for a family of 3 who wish to remain together while they are in their hotels. Or it can be for an individual who chooses to be with two other random hujjaj(same gender) but not to be as crowded as a quad occupancy room.
Quad Occupancy: indicates 4 people in a room. this is ideal for any family of 4 who want to stay together, or it can be an individual who wants to minimize the cost of hajj by sharing the room with three other random hujjaj(same gender) in the same room. Choosing this option will lower the overall cost of hajj
Mecca only or Mecca and Medina
Mecca only package: These typically are less expensive, as they don’t include accommodations in Medina.
Mecca and Medina: Having accommodations in both Noble Cities will of course mean higher cost. Although visiting Medina is not required part of Hajj, sending our Salaam and Salutations to our Beloved Messenger ﷺ feels essential part of the journey.
Non Shifting, Shifting, Aziziyah only accomadations in Mecca
Non Shifting: Non-shifting packages provide Hujjaj with the advantage of a designated, singular accommodation in Makkah both before and after they complete the essential rituals associated with Hajj at the Sacred Mashair sites. This arrangement significantly simplifies the experience for Hujja, as it eliminates the hassle of relocating or changing accommodations during their stay in the holy city of Makkah with the added benefit of they luggage remaining in their hotel rooms
Shifting: Shifting Packages offer Hujjaj hotels BEFORE the Days of Hajj, however ONCE the days of Hajj start and the hujjaj move to Mina camps, they will have their belongings moved to hotel in aziziyah as they no longer have access to their original hotels in Mecca(hence the shift). Though your luggage does need to repacked and sent over to the next accommodations, you will may easier access to it during the days of Hajj depending on how far your hotel in aziziyah is to your mina camps
Aziziyah only: The lease expensive packages will have all your hotel stay in an area called Aziziyah. Though this area is too far to walk to Masjid Al-Haram, it is usually very near to your Camps in Mina. Review each package details for how the Operator plans to get you from the aziziyah hotel to the Haram for the Hajj Manasik(rituals)-Usually its by Bus but you need to make sure that is the case.
Mode of travel between cities (High Speed Train or bus): this should NOT be the highest priority for deciding which package to choose.
Starting your journey in the Prophet’s city:
-
If your stay begins in Medina, you will usually have a few days to spend at Masjid Al-Nabawi before traveling to Mecca.
There is no need to enter the state of Ihram while on the airplane or during a layover before reaching Jeddah. Men do not need to purchase Ihram clothing before arriving in Medina; it is more convenient to buy it there, which helps reduce packing at home.
Preparing for your arrival in Medina is similar to preparing for any other travel destination. There are no specific items required for Medina itself, but it is important to review the etiquette of being in the presence of the Beloved Messenger ﷺ and to prepare spiritually and mentally for Hajj.
-
Though NOT all packages have a medina stay, nor is it required for Hajj, visiting our Beloved Messenger ﷺ in masjid Al-Nabawi feels essential during this journey
Here is what to expect when landing in
Jeddah Airport
Saudi Customs will scan your fingerprints and stamp your passport and make sure you have the required vaccines
as soon as you exit customs, another layer of security checks you passport to confirm you got your passport stamped

-
What to expect When arriving to your Medina Hotel
Checking into Medina hotel can take several hours, so be patient. don't ruin the spirit of your hajj with impatience.
keep your key card away from your phone as the card can become defective(go to front lobby for them to fix it, but that can be very inconvenient as can take alot of time)
place your passport and other items you dont want to lose in the lock box in your room,
Make sure to follow your group leader for lectures, meetings, etc
Most packages will have Half Board regarding meals, meaning Breakfast AND Dinner will be included inside the hotel
Important things to note in your hotel
which elevators will take you to your room(some hotels have 2 different elevators to get to your room)
which floor is the ground floor to get to the haram
which floor is the lobby
which floor is breakfast and dinner served
-
When leaving your hotel to go to Masjid Al-Nabawi, or Ziyarat (visiting historical sites) with your group, use any bag that you feel is comfortable, we recommend this Cross Body Bag (or something similar). Its affordable, good quality, fits your slippers in separate compartment (but please place your slippers in a plastic bag before placing in your bag), fits essential items, ease of access while carrying it, and not bulky.
Here is what to pack inside
Water bottle, packets of liquid IV
protein bars, snacks of your choice
money, credit cards
medication
printed dua books(see listed courses for printable PDFs)
phone, powerbank, cable cord
prayer mat(incase you end up praying on the tile)
umbrella
sunglasses
-
We recommend you do book your own appointment on the Nusuk app(again ≠ nusuk hajj website) as not all operators/group leaders will facilitate entry into the Rawda. By booking it yourself and perhaps your tour guide getting you in as a group, you may have multiple opportunities to pray in this special place.
Check out our All Things Rawda page for details on how to book, when they become available, and timings for men and women.
-
If your packages starts off in Medinah, then a few days before Thul hijja 8, your group will take you to Mecca to preform the Umrah portion of your Hajj Tamatu'. Depending on your package it may be via bus or highspeed train, but the most important thing it is to STAY WITH YOUR GROUP
Starting your journey in the Holiest place on earth:
-
If your stay begins in Mecca and your flight lands in Jeddah, you will need to be in state of ihram PRIOR to landing(see listed courses for fiqh and details). we are assuming also most are doing Hajj Tamatu’(again please see listed hajj courses to understand this). FOR MEN AS SOON AS YOU PUT YOUR IHRAM CLOTHING ON, APPLY A GENEROUS AMOUNT OF VASELINE(non scented of course) to your thighs/groin area to prevent severe pain from chafing. Don't be shy, and doing this here will prevent alot of pain and misery and most of your fellow hujjaj are doing the same anyways.
-

What to expect when arriving to the hotel
Checking into mecca hotel can take several hours, so be patient. don't ruin the spirit of your hajj with impatience.
after checking in, your group leader will give you a short time to shower, and prepare for the umra portion and will meet a designated spot before going to umrah
place your passport and other items you dont want to lose in the lock box in your room,
after completing umrah, you may have several days or even 1 night where your not in a state of ihram prior to starting the manasik of hajj
Most packages will have Half Board regarding meals, meaning Breakfast AND Dinner will be included inside the hotel
Important things to note in your hotel

Period Prior to Manasik (could be several days or even just 1 night) : through Thul Hijja 7
When leaving your hotel to visit the haram for the day, make sure to have pack your essentials
use any bag that you feel is comfortable, we recommend this cross body bag(or something similar. affordable, good quality, fits your slippers in separate compartment(but please place your slippers in a plastic bag before placing in your bag), fits essential items, ease of access while carrying it, and not too bulky

Umbrella
Stay in close constant with your Group leader, they will host lecture and other activities during these days
Days of Manasik: Thul Hijja 8-12 or 13
Thul Hijja 8: Day of Tarwiyah
-
Early morning on the 8th day of Thul Hijja, you will get into a state of ihram in your hotel in preparation to go to Mina camps via buses from your hote. Please ensure you follow your group leaders for specifics. (some groups may leave the day before for logistical reasons)
-
Depending on the package you selected, it will determine what you will do with your bags
Nonshifting: ok to keep you luggage in your hotel rooms as you will have access it during the days of hajj and when you complete your hajj. however access DURING the days of hajj are limited and not necessary, so still pack accordingly as if you dont have access to your hotel during the days of manasik
Shifting: you will not have access to your hotel so the next time you will see your baggage may either be in medina(if your package includes a medina stay after mecca) or at the airport. SO MAKE SURE TO have your essential items with you(some operators though may actually have your luggage sent to aziziyah location while you are there so its operator dependent)
-
The days of manasik are 5 OR 6 days long(see the listed courses to understand why)
So you will need to pack for this duration,
Packing Strategy to consider for the days of manasik Thul Hijja
Suitcases, Booking bags, etc: choose from one of the following options(A or B)
A) One Large Book Bag +Crossbody bag + Shoestring bag(mark each of these bags with Colored Tape to easily distinguish it)
-this strategy keeps both of your hands free, allowing you to be more agile and able to help other more easily
-when leaving the hotel, there is no need to wear the cross body bag and shoe string bag, these can be placed in the large book bag
-the shoe string bag will be used to store most of your items that you WONT be taking with you when you leave from Mina to Arafah/muzdalifah(eg. no need to take your non ihram clothing: socks, thobes, underwear, extra toiletries etc) on the morning of the 9th of Thul Hijja
-the cross body bag will be used during Jamarat as you may be out for a couple of hours depending on your camps location
B) One carry on suitcase+One regular book bag OR Crossbody Bag
-this strategy is for those who are unable to carry a bag for along period of time, however the terrain isnt always flat so make sure to get a carry on suitcase with good quality tires
-You will still need to consider getting a book bag or Cross Body Bag for items they need while walking, standing(opening the suitcase every time you need something isnt ideal), and walking to jamarat.
We recommend packing these items
Extra ihram for men in case one gets soiled. Women should pack their islamically appropriate clothing
For men, 2-3 pairs of underwear, socks, thobes that they can change into after they are out of partial ihram(see list of courses for details).
Medications
Duaa books, pdfs: See our Courses Essential for Resources
Toothbrush/Miswaak, Toothpick/Floss
Snacks if need be, but breakfast, lunch, dinner is served in the camps
Over The Door Hooks-to hang ihram on doors while changing, showering, etc especially in the bathrooms o mina and arafah
Best/Most Comfortable Flip Flopsfor men during state of ihram(see fiqh courses for why women dont need any particular footwear)
Fragrance Free Soap(can be used as shampoo, bodywash and handsoap if your skin allows): ideally the camps would have fragrance free soap, but there is no gaurentee
-How to Wash Brand: located in walgreens
-Kirks Soap Bar: keep bar in a separate bag WITHIN your toiletry bag to prevent it from getting everywhere)
-Native Unscented liquid soap/bodywash/shampoo
Fragrance Free Shaving Cream-for those who prefer to shave their own head
Fragrance Free Hand sanitizer: ***
Fragrance Free Deodorant Options
Vasoline (just pick up from any store): essential for men, unscented and to be generously placed 1-2 times daily in the groin/thigh area to prevent chafing between the thighs. This is one of the most important items for men, do not forget otherwise it can lead to a very painful and miserable experience and make it difficult to walk. Place this tub in ITS OWN PLASTIC BAG so it doesn’t cause a mess anywhere else.
Extra plastic bags for dirty items, laundry etc
Water bottles/Hydration
Avoid heavy and very insulated bottles since you will be carrying this bottle all day for many days, here are a couple of great recs
Contigo Water Bottle: lightweight, simple, only needs one hand to open AND close the spout, has a ring to hook to your bag
Spray/Mist Bottle: the spray feature in this bottle comes in handy when walking in the heat and need to cool down. however it does need two hands to open the spout and heavier then the contigo water bottle, but still a good recommendation
-Hydration Packets: water ALONE wont be sufficient to remain hydrated, discuss with your doctor for your specific needs
Liquid IV choose a FLAVOR YOUR LIKE, lemon lime is the best and most people like that one
-28 count Lemon Lime Liquid IV Costco may have better prices.
Power Banks/Cords: Choose your specific needs for your cables/phone
-Anker Portable Charger USB A&C
-Anker Portable Charger USB A only :
-Anker with built in USB-C cable 10KmAH This powerbank already has a USB-C cable attached to it. This size batter is sufficient for most people
-Anker with build in USB-C Cable 20KmAH This is a larger powerbank that also has a USB-C cable attached to it
-A compact Adaptor and Extension Cord in ONE from a reliable brand!
This adaptor includes the most common type of Adaptor Saudi Uses Type G. Though the grounding plastic unit is a bit difficult to pull out, it does work
Whether its the hotel room, or in the mina/arafah camps, this will help keep your phone, powerbank and other items charged. has a USB-C and USB-A port as well. Also, you can get a share in the reward if other guest of Allah use this to charge their devices as well!
**DISCLAIMER: As an Amazon associate, I earn from qualifying purchases at no extra cost to you!
-
Pin the location in your maps in case you get lost, and take a picture of your mina camp number
you will have a cots that folds into chair/bed and some areas of the tent will have overhead space to place your items.
do not leave your campsite, get settled, rest up and make sure your arafah game plan is ready
lunch and dinner is served, but be cautious with any items that could cause you stomach issues as toilets may not easily be accessible in 24 hours(especially in muzadalifah)
coffee and tea will be readily available
stay well hydrated, use your hydration packets(liquid iv). there will be plenty of bottles of water as well(use half packet of liquid IV for each of those small bottles of water). do NOT only drink water, it needs to be filled with electrolytes as getting dehydrated happens VERY quickly in the desert!
try to use the washrooms 90 min before before prayer times to avoid the rush and long lines
spaces are cramped, remain patient and focused about your hajj
make sure your are in close communication with your group leader about plans for the day and the next day.
know where the nearest clinic, or emergency medical building is in case of any emergencies
stay with your group
Thul Hujja 9: Day of Arafah, Spending the Night in Muzdalifah
-
Early morning of the 9th of thul hijja, at the direction of your group leader will leave Mina and go to Arafah the manasik train or bus.
PLEASE STICK WITH THE GROUP, DO NOT VENTURE, WALK OR DO ANYTHING ALONE
-
You will need to pack for about 24 hours: pack light! the journey is long and there will be a lot of walking. In your large book bag or carry-on suit case, we have recommended. Rest of the items you can keep in Mina(unless stated otherwise by your group leader)
have an extra ihram for men, or pair of islamically appropriate clothing for women
duaa books, pdfs
small bag of toiletries(soap, toothbrush, toothpick/floss, deoderant) with over the door hook
umbrella
sunglasses
Self-Inflating Sleeping Mat https://amzn.to/46IJGL0
Most groups DO NOT provide any mats during the night of muzdalifah. All you get is a carpet over the hard ground. For some this may be an issue, and rest is very important, as a busy next day awaits you. this self inflating mat is compact and as big as a large waterbottle
Liquid IV packets to stay hydrated
snacks(though lunch is served in arafah)
spray bottle to stay cool (air conditioner usually breaks down in arafah)
-
When you get to arafah camp site, there will be alot of walking to get to you actual Camp, pin that location on your maps in case you get lost
There will be cots that also turn into beds, if you get there before thuhur, PLEASE GET SOME REST, it will be a long day and you will need the energy to make dua
DO NOT VENTURE OUT of the camp, stay indoors, DO NOT WALK TO JABAL rahmah no matter what others say. You may consider stepping just outside your tent, about 30 min before maghrib when it cools down to continue making dua
Remain patient, and focused after your thuhur/asr prayer, its GAME TIME!
-
Make shure Use the washroom prior to leaving arafah as the bathroom situation of muzdalifah isnt as accessible
After maghreb, your group leader will announce the departure to Muzdalifah via train or bus pending your package. STAY WITH THE GROUP!
ON arrival to Muzdalifah, after praying magreb/isha, get some rest on your self inflating mat, tomorrow will be a very busy day!
Thul Hijja 10: The Day of Nahr-Eid Mubarak!
-
Either before or after Fajr depending on your situation(see listed course for details), you will be going back to mina camps, but doing the jamarat FIRST before going back to your actual tent
Depending on your package, you will either leave muzdalifah to Mina/jamarat via train or bus
After you complete Day 1 of Jamarat you will go back to your tents, please follow your group leader for directions
-
some groups will be going to mecca to complete several other rituals(tawaf, sa’ee) and follow your group leaders instructions/package details regarding the Adahi/Udhiya and when to shave/trim
-
In case you opt out of nusuks udhiya program or they don’t give an option, or you genuinely don’t trust them for one reason or another
https://www.adahi.org/en/ Among other locations in the Haram area, if one enters the clock tower, there's an official place by the kingdom, on the ground floor where you can go and buy it as well. There are other locations as well.
https://hajjsolutions.com/ (run by a local scholar)
https://qurbani.haramain.com/ (A local place where some locals do it on your behalf. I have used them for Hajj. They usually upload photos to Google drive for Hajj)
A few Hajj travel agents do their own sacrifices as well, so a person can check with them
Sheikh Hamza Wald Maqbul's launch good site- updated link will be available when posted
Thul Hijja 11, 12 +/- 13
-
Majority of the people will be in Mina through Thul hijja 12 and leave to the airport, Medina or back to mecca(for those with nonshifting hotel. Some may remain in mina through the 13th of Thul Hijja. Some may complete the rest of of their manasik during throughout these days as well.
-
During these days after thuhur you will leave your Mina tents and go make Jamarat, stay with your group, as its very easy to get lost on the way back.
Majar Al-Kabsh-Camp A: Though the jamarat is only 300meters from your camp, the entire process of Jamarat can take 1 hour from start to finish
Mua'sim-Camp C: Being 3Km away, it cant take 1 hour walking on the way there and another hour to complete the jamarat, expect the entire trip to take 2.5-3 hours from start to finish
when you leave to make jamarat, cross body bag or book bag would be helpful to carry
your stones(21 on each day, but take a few extra in case you miscount or lose some)
water bottles with hydration packets(liquid IV)
dua books
sunglasses
umbrella
snacks if walking from a far camp
any necessary medication
-
During these days and leaving Mina
non shifting packages will have dedicated times to go back to their mecca hotels and come back later in the days. at the completion of your mina days, you will go back to your mecca hotel via bus
shifting or azaziyah only packages will have opportunity to relax and shower in your azizyyah locations. at the completion of your mina days, you will go to the airport or medina.

NUSUK HAJJ PORTAL/WEBSITE IS THE ONLY OFFICIAL AND SAFE METHOD TO GO TO HAJJ FOR THOSE USING THEIR US PASSPORT
NUSUK APP ≠ NUSUK Hajj website: Please pay attention. The nusuk app on the Iphone/android used for umra appointment and Rawdah appointment has nothing to do with the hajj application. The website is completely different and not associated with the app.
Registration is not open, yet, we will share the link once it is live as the website may change
FLOW: Registration opens (anticipate October/November 2025)->Verification of information can take several months->Transfer money to Nusuk E-wallet->Packages get released->selecting and paying for a package for a limited amount of Space-> receive Hajj Visa
When the Registration open, we will release resources and tutorials to help complete them inshallah
Going through any other route could jeopardize your hajj and life. Do NOT fall for any scam as ALL payment is made through the Nusuk portal
If you’re a citizen of another country (eg Pakistan) it would be a much easier process to consider going through their travel agents as there is much less stress if you have the required paperwork as the Nusuk Hajj process is daunting
-
This app is highly recommended for an easy and fast way to reserve your spot!
Download this app for TWO reasons
1. Book a rawdah appointment in masjid al Nabawi
2. Book a Umrah appointment. This is important even IF the gaurds don’t check as you MAY need it
