MinaThey provided what they promised for. Things which can go wrong are in no one’s control. One thing I felt should be provided is some form of lectures or a quiet place to keep the spirituality intact and high. Mina tents seemed too noisy (which I guess is something out of control) to be able to focus on ibaadats. And maybe having lectures on speakers would have made that spiritual aspect better.

Arafah & MuzdalifahArafah- I had a different image of arafah but it seemed more like a picnic spot. But I think it was made that way so people could comfortably sit and do ibaadats. Just as Mina tents were lacking the spiritual aspect, I feel Arafah tents could be equipped with the similar speaker and lectures and a collective Dua. There actually was a collecting Dua but the speaker didn’t function well enough to be able to connect. Yes I get it that it’s all done on personal level but just something running in the background or the availability of it at least could be helpful as everyone was tired and had not slept the night at Mina since we had to travel out at night due to logistics. Other than that everything was decent. Muzdalifah- I think that’s just how muzdalifah is and it was just fine. I do wish that our spot wasn’t by bus spots but I think it was something not in anyone’s control.

Makkah & MadinahThe stay was good overall in both cities. They really went all out on food and staff to accommodate us. Al Khair can Improve on their clear communications regarding when the bus is coming or leaving. If people are not on time then others shouldn't have to suffer through the time wasting of 1 hour or 2 hour wait for all Hujjaj to be gathered especially if a time was given. Escrive exactly what's included in the gift basket not miss items. Give the Gift basket items upon the arrival of Hujjaj so it's not last minute and We don't have to purchase items that we were going to be provided anyway. Provide items list Provided by moualim so we don't have to buy those extra items or even pack the same items for the next stay. They were well staffed but I felt still Not organized and communication wasn't passed down to the right people so Hujjaj, Rep and the staff member that will actually do the task are on same page. If Pakistani travel agency is marketing for US, Europe market then they need to provide the lectures, books, accommodations for them accordingly with their standards.

MinaMina Services were over capacity. People had to get a sofa bed by door which was hit by the body each time door open, provide more shelving on a side and Not overhead as the bags dropped on people laying under it. Don't oversell if you can't maintain the standards of accommodation. The sofa bed are already tiny, but to fit just to fit is not right. Instead provide shelving of 7 slots to accommodate each side by the door way and remove those beds Upkeep of Bathroom cleaning at every use. Provide Unscented soap, door hooks so we don't have to carry these items when it could be provided. We were told until last minute that private bathrooms are still being requested (Alhumdolilah got them though when we arrived)

Arafah & MuzdalifahIt didn't feel like we were in Arafat that's how much accommodations were provided, Alhumdolilah. Overall good Muzdalifa, overall fine. I wish they would provide pics of what sleeping bag we would have to purchase or not purchase, but that was not done until the night of Muzdalifa. Bus was late big time in picking us up in the morning, we were last ones out as it didn't show up and the leader was not giving us straight answer. There were other Al Khair buses that they could've thought on the fly to start adding them to keep the crowd moving as we were all going to the sane place anyway (Aziziya hotel). But, we ended up walking to the bridge to wait for Bus and some people got sick cuz of heat exhaustion.

MinaTents were smaller since it was maktab 1 but service was excellent and bathroom were private for the group. Food was great and chai was excellent. There were some outsiders that were to get access so security could have have been better at watching out for non group members.

Big double floor bathrooms were clean and aplenty. Food and snacks was available at all times. Big coolers with cold water were available at all times. Chai station with Karla chai was available. muzdalifah was decent we made it although some others did not alhumdulillah.

Makkah & MadinahIn Makkah we were supposed to have swissotel and the rep called a couple of weeks before hajj to let us know that we have been “upgraded” to Jumeirah Jabl Omer. That is also a very nice hotel. The elevators were not crowded at all which is a huge plus but at salah times they would close the exit from the street nearest us and we would have to take a longer route to get to the haram. On the other hand our friends in the clock tower could just walk out of their hotel and into the haram. In madinah we have movenpick. I have only good things to say about it. So close to the haram and the elevators were not among wait.

MinaPlenty of food and drinks. The bathrooms could’ve been better cleaned but not bad really. The only thing that was a little off with this agency was that they wanted to take us to Azizia every day after Rami. We could’ve saved a lot of time by just getting on a bus after Rami and heading to our hotel in Makkah. There was no need to spend hours in Aziziza with lunch and whatnot when we could’ve done to Makkah directly.

Makkah & MadinahMadina - stayed in Mövenpick. No issues, enjoyed the stay Makkah - stayed at Anjum. Great hotel but a little bit of a walk to Haram. DST told us that Anjum is in Haram but that is not correct. There is a masjid on GM floor at Anjum where they offer their separate prayers. One suggestion that I want to highlight is on the group leaders. Our group leader sometimes sent mixed messages, communication wasn't really that clear. He would give one time but show up in another. For the most part we felt like we were doing things on my own. He gave some guidance but not what i was expecting for a group leader to do. As an example we went to Jamarat with him and than we lost track of where he was. He didnt try to make sure that the group he is leading is with him or not. So I would recommend Al Khair to go with another group leader instead of Qari Basit.

MinaNo issues really. The beds / sofa were very tightly together. Perhaps providing a little more space or using bigger sofa/ beds might be better. Food was plentiful. Al Khair made sure everything was working properly and orderly.

MinaFood was covered, was fresh. Air conditioning worked very well. No issues with bathrooms other than people not keeping it clean ( which was expected).Perhaps one person to clean the bathroom may help dring the rush hour like before Azaans etc. Many people got sick during Mina stay especially after having to go through jammed packed crowd to take a bus to the jamarat. Men pushing women and vice versa with wheelchairs also going through amongst the crowd. Long lines caused heat exhaustion for some. Perhaps, if the leaders of the group had stayed with the group, it could have become more manageable to get a group on the bus rather than each person trying to get on the bus on their own. As the leaders went on about their own way on certain instances, the group dispersed and there was no direction from the group leaders ( which is DST). Alkhair was there to provide support and they were looking to find lost people to bring them back in the group. Having 2 group leaders ( from DST) also caused confusion at times as one leader is making a decision which at some time is not in agreement with the other. May be a good idea to have ONE group leader. Lack of leadership was evident ( not from Alkhair, but from DST). From the male side the group leader Qari Basit criticizing Imran khan was uncalled for and unnecessary. We are on hajj and here we have the male group leader Qari Basit trying to spread negativity against Imran khan in the Mina Camp. If anything at the time of hajj, he should be praying for Imran khan and Pakistan, and palestine but no dua made for such topics. Instead remarks against Imran khan from the group leader were made. Isn't this form of back biting and spreading negativity? I fail to understand how can a religious leader can say such things in the middle of hajj. This raises serious red flags about the credibility of the religious leader DST has appointed. Qari Basit went ahead to say, he has documented proof against Imran khan. This is unbelievable coming from a religious leader of DST. Alkhair went above and beyond to help, support and cater each and everyone. They delivered very well. I have seen Alkhair team working 24/7. To the point that their employer was not feeling well. I am not sure why can't they divide the work in reasonable work8ng shifts as oppose to having one person work constantly for 24/7. The person who was managing us all was burned out but she did not say a word. I am highly impressed by her level of patience. I could tell she had not slept for days and was also feeling sick but proper attention was not provided. Working hard does not mean one basic right of getting rest, a place to sleep should be deprived. I mean even a person in jail is given that much facility. This is the bare minimum that should be provided. We were trying to make room for her to sleep where we were staying in the Mina camp and Arafa. we all are saying great things about Alkhair and one of the reason is bec of the workers. A suggestion for Alkhair is to give reasonable work shifts to workers inxluding a place to rest and medical care if needed rather than expect a human being to work non stop for this long. You will lose good workers if you continue with this approach. The lady managing us felt vomiting but I did not see any Alkhair management providing her with proper medical care. Instead, we were trying to help her. We were burned out after a few days. Yet these workers are expected to work like robots. I am raising this issue with the hope that the Alkhair management will start to give proper rest time, bed to sleep on, proper medical care if needed to it's workers. That is the least management can do. I don't know how the male workers were treated. I am only writing down about what I witnessed with a female employee.

MinaMina tents were good but had issue with the bathrooms. Team should make sure it is being used by alkhair only. It literally became a public bathroom at one point. tents were amazing and well maintained.

Arafah & MuzdalifahArafah felt like a resort very comfortable and alkhair did a great job in cleaning the washrooms. Muzdalifah setup was a bit frustrating it was right next to the roads and buses. Got a scratchy throat from all the fumes inhaled.

AziziaStay in Aziziya was very nice. Al Khair went above and beyond. The rooms might be a bit small but they have very good Pakistani food. The coordinator was very respectful and responsive.

Makkah & MadinahMakkah the hotel Jumeriah Jabal Omar was fabulous. The rooms were spacious. The food was really good. In order to get Namaz in the haram you have to go 2hrs ahead. If you go 1 or 30min ahead then you pray in the new expansion. Madina: Subhanallah there is a lot of peace. Our hotel was in front of the haram, that was the best part. Food was good in both the hotels. One thing is that is important to wear a mask, otherwise you are bound to fall sick.

MinaServices in Mina was really good. Al khair went above and beyond. Although the camps Category A Maktab 1 were tight but Alhamdulillah for everything. If Al khair can negotiate with Al Bait to improve the quality of the camps make them bigger. Separate space to pray and eat would be great.

AziziaBest location with great amenities and well taken care of. We can also say our agency spoiled us with all the services around the clock. Our location was also great due to being on the main road and ata known location by taxi drivers and locals alike.

MinaOur location was great with two access points. We were located right under the bridge with views of Jamarat, Mina hospital and masjid Khiar near by. We were also allowed to take a short cut to Mina camp provided permission by security personnel. We Were dropped off a few meters away from our camp due to VIP location and VIP movement but overall it was a great experience. The team at Alkhair were on their game from the beginning making sure no one was left behind.

MuzdalifahWe reached Muzdalifa on time and were able to rest and recharge. The team was with us along the way making sure there no hiccups and they stayed awake to ensure security while we were asleep. We woke before fajr and were also given information about the bus arriving early . Alhamdulillah we were able to leave before sunrise and complete Jamarat and sacrifice before 8am.

ArafahWe reached Arafah the night before and had a great welcome. There were live buffet stations serving the hujjaj 2 am in the morning making sure everyone was taken care of. Similarly in the morning breakfast and atmosphere was great. The dua session at 5pm was also spiritually uplifting and the overall vibe was great keeping us all engaged.

AziziaRafahya Hotel was brilliant. It was a double occupancy room. Not as big as rooms in Mecca or Medina but decent enough.

MinaMina camps were great - cold and comfortable. They need to have a dedicated team who continuously cleans the bathrooms, as it’s done in malls or airports. Transportation to was via Shuttle. They dropped off and there was a 8-10 minute walk from where they dropped us to our Mina camp. On the way back, we walked back to Rafahya hotel after Fajr prayers. That was a 30 minute comfortable downhill walk.

MuzdalifahReached Muzdalifa in a couple of hours. We were there by 9pm ish. Left for Rafahya Hotel at Azizia right after Fajr. We didn’t get any mats to put underneath the sleeping bags. So we used the quilts we had brought from Arafah. Those turned out to be super useful. We had thought we would give them to someone who didn’t have something to lie down on. Muzdalifa bathrooms were comparable to Arafah bathrooms. Thankfully only had to use it once.

ArafahArafah camp felt a bit more cramped and cluttered especially when the sofa beds were opened as there was no space to walk. It was especially difficult for elders. Tripping hazard. Bathrooms same issue as Mina. Could have a dedicated team to continuously keep them clean. They had very nice outdoor spaces but I feel they could do a full canopy shade on the women’s side so more women could use that space. There were some design elements that I feel could be skipped to accomodate more women. The misting fans and shaded areas were amazing. Liked Arafah’s aesthetics even more than Mina.

MinaAlhamdolillah commute was well planned. Though Al Khair showed us the pedestrian route as well but didn’t need to use that much. And if it was used, Alkhair made sure they we were accompanied by some of their representatives. Stay in Mina was a very comfortable one with Alkhair making sure that everyone was catered well.

MuzdalifahBuses were parked at a 15 min walk from the Mina camp. We walked to it which helped in avoided the crowded traffic. After that it took us almost a 20 min bus ride to muzdalifa. Before all the people from the bus offloaded, the agents of Alkhair set up the carpets for us to put our beds. Very well organized and managed. Snack packs served by Alkhair and Al bait. Bathroom nearby and absolutely clean. Left in the morning after fajr and had plenty of rest and time to carry on with the busy next day.

ArafahWell timed and planned commute to Arafat. Comfortable camps and plenty of food and drinks. Very nice outdoor spaces for the prayers. Clean washrooms.

At 4:50 buses reached our spot at Muzdalfa and we exited Muzdalfa boundary at 05:18 am. We went to Aziziah from Muzdalfa just freshened up and went for Rami and we were done with Rami at 06:15 am

MuzdalifahMuzdalifah experience was good as well. We got there early so had lot space to choose from. The transport to and from was via buses. No issues at all overall.

AziziaIt was awesome, Yes alhamdulillah, it was on the main road and very close with the jamarat escalators. All the staff was very friendly and helpful, Food was excellent and most of all we got to meet and built strong connection with our fellow hujjaj.

MinaIt was beyond imagination alhamdulillah. From staff to food and bathrooms everything was nice and clean. Scent free soaps, Door hooks were already there. They have provided us busses to Mina in different timings which was very convenient for us and we use to comeback by walking which was not tiring at all.

MuzdalifahIn Muzdalifa we arrived by 9:00p.m. and found pretty decent place and settled down in half an hour alhamdulillah The snack box and sleeping bag was provided in the bus but when we reached there we got surprised with burgers and shawarmas. We were told earlier that the busses will take time to take us back from Muzdalifa but surprisingly they announced before fajr that the busses will be reaching soon you might have to do the wuqoof in the bus alhamdulillah the bus came 20 to 30minutes after fajr time, we were able to do wuqoof in muzdalifa.

ArafahIt was like Allah has specially aaranged everything for his beloved guests, We reached Arafat at the night of 8th zulhajj, we were the first group who entered Arafah and recieved a warm welcome with amazing environment. Washrooms were getting clean often and were full of scent free soaps, napkins, tissues. Alhamdulillah it was great experience with alkhair and their highly professional and helpful team. Would love to go with them again in shaa Allah

AziziaStayed at Rafayah hotel in Aziziyah (shifting package). This location was one of the most memorable times of the hajj journey. The way Alkhair takes care of you at rafayah is honestly unmatched and unique. The environment, support, warmth of staff, welcome, food variety, religious sessions, snacks, 24/7 tea, lobby environment was all mind blowing! TBH, Although the hotel itself is probably a 2-3 star and rooms on smaller side, but Alkhair team support and overall environment more than made up for it.

MinaAgain, the logistics and transport was seamless and we felt very supported throughout. Numerous times the Alkhair team arranged extra buses for trips to Makkah and between aziziyah and Mina if enough people needed it. The Mina location was right next to masjid khair and 10min to Jamarat. Very luxurious and clean camp site with to much food variety and snacks 24/7. Very Nice seating outside actual tents. However, actual sofa-beds in tent were small/tight and right next to each other, so little space to sleep and keep items. Alkhair team would daily communicate best way to transfer btw aziziyah and Mina if people wanted too, and sometimes arranged buses too.

MuzdalifahNo reserved area - wherever bus found spot, they would park and arrange to spend night under open sky. Alkhair team brought carpets and sleeping bags and boxed snacks, cold drinks etc for the night. But well supported, Alkhair communicated and arranged to have bus pick us up early right after fajr and we got back to aziziyah early.

ArafahAgain, very luxurious setting and campsite with misting fans, waterfalls, sofas ac buffet and ac lounge area, etc. plentiful food and snacks 24/7. However, again, actual tents were tight and packed with small sofabeds for sleeping. Very little area reserved for praying.

AziziaIt was great. 12 minute drive from haram. Shuttle service available if needed. 40 minute walk to mina. Restaurants close by. Masjid in building. Events area available for larger gatherings. Sitting and dining area for meals. Only 1 key provided.

AziziaTheir Azizia hotel (Zouq Al Khial) had a lift congestion problem. Also, each room had a single shared key which may be inconvenient. The location of their Azizia hotel was excellent, however. It was opposite Masjid Faqih on Sidqi street so it was extremely close to the Jamarat. My Azizia stay was 3-4 days only. Most of my stay (7 days) was in Makkah near Haram (Movenpick).

MinaThey had camp in Al Bait Guests - Service Center 1. They gave a special card to folks to be able to enter the camp from under Kubri Khalid instead of walking all the way to Kubri Abdul Aziz. Transportation to Mina was on busses (2023-2025 model). A significant number of people, unfortunately, stayed in Azizia after the first day. This camp was shared with TMG, Al-Firdous, FIDA, and Khatam e Nabuwat groups. Al Khalil Munazzam/Safeenah Group (Pakban, Al Naeem, Al Ghaffar, Pleasure, Al Bakka) worked really hard to bring hujjaj with them. They had visas issued with other agents and Mina location in their own camps. There were some minor challenges but they did their best and brought around 500 people with them (mostly from Canada, and Australia, and some from UK, Scotland, and US) despite having only a 100 or so visas to their name.

MuzdalifahThe same busses as Mina busses. It took about 1 hour to get to the bus after Arafah and then another 3-4 hours to get close to the New Mina area. They provided food and sleeping bags in Arafah for folks.

ArafahIt was a 7-8 minute walk from Jabl e Rahmah. This my not happen again, but this was an excellent perk.

AziziaExcellent. Upgraded to private family room. Hotel is like a 2.5 to 3 Star US hotel and certainly convenient/ doable. Highly advised.

MinaExcept for shared bathrooms and need to use sometimes public bathroom, the stay was very good. Despite Maktab A, the bathrooms were shared among 3-4 groups rather than being assigned to one group ( or dedicated cleaning staff from group). The company reps were constantly present and checking on us.

MinaWe had decent arrangement. Also we had golf cart to take us up hill and drop at the tunnel to mina which made it super easy. Also once restrictions were lifted we had transportation arrangement by our group between azizia and mina.

MuzdalifahWe had brand new AC busses with decent arrangement. It took us around 2 hours to reach. We had sleeping bags, food, water.

ArafahProbably one of the best arrangements as compared to many other camps around us. It was quite lavish with rotisserie goats. Chilled ac rooms with 20 people per room that were quite spacious. Efficient cleaning arrangements at toilets.

MinaMina experience was pretty smooth. The first day they drive us pretty close to the Maktab so there was barely any walking. The next two night we had to walk a bit due to the buses not being allowed to go further. Didn’t get stuck in traffic Alhamdulillah. Sleeping arrangement was as expected and I was comfortable. The food was Abundant. Bathroom were getting wet understandably but being cleaned frequently to keep up with cleanliness.

MuzdalifahOur bus didn’t get stuck in traffic at all. We reached there with in an hour and spent the night they provided us compact mattresses that I actually took a nap on. The bathrooms were wet but not filthy as I had thought. So overall really good experience.

ArafahArafat day was Alhamdulillah very comfortable. It was pretty hot so we were advised to stay indoors till Asar which many followed. The food was abundant and there were plenty of snacks, chai and icecream . After Asar we went out to pray and then left for muzdalifa around Maghrib.

MinaThe tents had 25 other women. Tent size was adequate except the sofa-cum-beds were too narrow. Hardly slept in Mina. The agency had arranged good food. Washrooms were reasonable too.

Arafah & MuzdalifahArafat - Tent had around 75+ women with comfortable beds/chairs. Was able to focus on duas/prayers. Agency made sure we were fed. The washrooms were too few and most had the indian-style squat down toilets that were filthy. Wuzu facility was in the open right infront of where men hung out so it made it awkward for women. Muzdalifa - agency supplied biryani and made sure we had a location marked for all Universal brother’s Haajis. Washrooms were super clean and new! Pleasant surprise!

MinaIt was great overall. Greatful that it was air conditioned and the bathrooms were surprisingly great. There was a dedicated team to keep them clean and toilet stalls were big and clean. The only complaint is that they had 32 people in one tent when they had advertised 8-16 people. There was no space to put your stuff and additional bags they gave us additionally. The air conditioning vents would blow hot air into the hallway which made it a lot warmer than the outside temperature. I think that’s a design flaw of their tent site.

MuzdalifahGood. We spent the night in a space that looked like a parking lot. It was paved which is great but with full street lights on, I am not sure how one can sleep. However, it was a lot better than other folks I spoke to.

Facilities: Restrooms and wudu areas were maintained well. Peak times (e.g., before prayers) naturally caused some delays. Food: Excellent. Pakistani dishes, drinks, and desserts were well-stocked and replenished.

MuzdalifahNight in Muzdalifah (Summary) After Arafat, the journey to Muzdalifah involves hours on buses due to traffic. Universal Brothers managed this phase well, keeping groups coordinated and securing spots near the ample restroom facilities, a noticeable improvement from past years. They provided a comforter, pillow, and basic sleeping bag, but bringing an inflatable sleeping pad is recommended for better comfort. The team stayed visible throughout the night, offering food, water, and even a special biryani meal an appreciated touch. Hydration was not an issue, and a standard snack box was also included. With limited time (4–5 hours) before Fajr, being prepared with suitable sleep gear helps ensure rest.

ArafahArafat Camp Both upgraded and standard tents had A/C and standardized sofa beds. While the space was tight for prayers, the food and guidance were well-handled. I hope future upgrades include more private options in Arafat. I saw some videos from other countries where I do not believe any provide from Pakistan offered better facilities in Arafat compared to UB. This means everyone from Pakistan was in big, combined tents in Arafat. If anyone from Pakistan was able to get other private options, I am open to learn more.

Makkah & MadinahWe only stayed in Madina hotel and the experience was very good. We prefer and love going to Madina first, be it for umrah or hajj.

MinaMina services were also excellent except for the fact that the number of people in one tent were more than we were originally told. There was continuous supply of food and snacks, the washrooms were clean, and the maktab was very close to Jamarat.

Arafah & MuzdalifahThe stay in Arafah was excellent too; the marquee tents had air conditioning and the buffet was beyond expectations (though I passed on it).

Makkah & MadinahMadinah- we were picked up by TMG from airport which was really good. Hotel where we were suppose to check in was not available till the next day so we stayed in neighboring hotel. Both faced masjid nabawi. Makkah- we came to Makkah clock tower on 14th ZH for 3 nights. We had a very late check in. Transport from Makkah hotel to Jeddah was good.

MinaMina camp had 30-34 hajjis, washroom were not very clean, most of the time no toilet papers. Food and drinks were available

Arafah & MuzdalifahArafat camp had 150-200 hajjis, washroom was a struggle, we had some power outages. Otherwise camp and food/drinks were ok. During departing Arafat, some of us were left behind and had to struggle to the bus in the crowd, was very stressful and exhausting Muzdalifa was nightmare, we were on the bus for hrs and due to road blocks couldn’t get out. We finally got a place where we had to walk quite but to be in the limits. We heard similar stories from other hajjis of TMG. Not sure it was with other Pakistani and nusuk companies..

Makkah & MadinahMadinah - When we landed and first came out to the airport we were not informed that McDonalds was the meeting point and there was no TMG rep to greet us once we exited. After we messaged them and went to the McDonalds meeting point, everything in Madinah was smooth. They had the keys ready to the room as soon as we got there. They also had booked group slots for rawdah for both men and women. Madinah was a great experience! Makkah - As soon as we arrived to Makkah is when things started to go downhill. We were the last ones to get our room (3-4 hours after reaching Madinah) due to the fact that there was mismanagement on TMG’s behalf. The room was ready at Swissotel, but no one to pick up the keys from TMG. Our room was supposed to be reserved from June 7-June 20 but on June 10 someone from reception came and told us we had to check out. Turns out TMG had only booked the room for 3 days. Then after hours of waiting and TMG denying the situation, someone came and made payment for another 10 days and we were shifted to another room. Transport from Azizia to Haram - Have to give major props to TMG for arranging different time slots and different vehicles for dropping off Hajjis to Haram for those who resided there or even for folks residing in Azizia and wanting to go for tawaf e ziarah or tawaf ul wida. There was favoritism seen a few times where some guests who were not even waiting were first seated and sent and others who were waiting from before continued to wait.

MinaMina - When we got to Mina on 8th Dhul Hijjah everything was great. However, when trying to come back to Mina on the 10th of Dhul Hijjah, there was NO TMG rep to greet us at the entrance of Mina and guide us towards the camp. Other companies such as Al-Khair, Al-Firdous, Arqem Hajj, etc all had at least one rep there to guide their Hajjis to the Mina camps but TMG had no one! Due to this despite walking around in Mina for hours, we were unable to reach our camp. On 11th Dhul Hijjah, we went for rami as a group and hence had a TMG volunteer and a Murshid from Holiday Inn Bakkah (the hospitality centre where our TMG mina camp was) and were able to reach our camp after hours of walking (not TMG’s fault as the Muallim had roads and entrances closed).

Arafah & MuzdalifahArafat - things were well arranged, food was good, but there was no one to gather us in groups before/after Maghrib. Once our group had gathered together, it took us a couple hours to reach our bus and once we reached our bus we had to continue to wait in traffic. Had we been advised to form our groups before Maghrib and walk towards our buses then things would have been smoother. Muzdalifa - we only got to spend a couple minutes in Muzdalifa so can’t comment much. Jamaraat - The Jamaraat days were hectic as there was no one from TMG who took folks as a group at least for our group. It was kind of like doing a DIY hajj with minimal group guidance. People got lost, suffered from heat strokes, etc because of lack of proper guidance. After getting done with rami on day one, Al Khair, Universal Brothers, and Al Firdous all had their shuttles parked but there was no transportation from TMG to be found.

MuzdalifahTowards the end of the day of Arafat we will talk we would leave whenever we got treatment from the authorities. This is getting delayed 730 to 830 to 930 for example control of this company. Eventually after 2-3 hours got to muzdalifa, the team chose a spot for facilitate us leaving the next day easily. We were told during the booking process a sleeping mat would be given, but at Arafat we were advised to bring our pillow and blanket and the group laid carpet. It was comfortable regardless. We got snack boxes , but ran out of water - but there were juices etc. giod/ drink weren’t an issue. The public bathroom was large and well kept, I didn’t have any issues

ArafahWe got there around 3-4 am. Group didn’t communicate when/ of food would be available. Eventually told us 5 am and people lined up but wasn’t served till 6. Luckily I had snacks and ate and went to sleep to prepare. The Arafat marquee was amazing, lots of bathrooms and showers but you had to travel to pick and choose. Food was great.
